We will show you how, using simple skills, to prepare and cook amazing and delicious meals.
Selecting and storing your fish and seafood is a very important part of the cooking process. In this class we will advise on how to best to purchase and prepare your fish ensuring only the freshest goes on your plate.
• Crustaceans for entree – we will see what is available and freshest.
• Seared Tuna with Mango Salsa
• Treacle cured salmon with horseradish mayonnaise
• Rockling Fillets in a tomato and coconut sauce
• Whole Szechuan Grilled Fish.
