Mastering Macaroons

Our Macaroon/Macaron Masterclass is a four hour hands-on class and is designed to give you the confidence to prepare and bake a range of these delicate little morsels. In the class we also make a range of different flavoured fillings from either chocolate ganache or buttercream. You even get to take some home.
