• Mastering Macaroons – or Macaron if you like it that way – we will teach you the fine art of making macaroons as well as a selection of fillings which finish them off. Some of the flavours are Chocolate Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel, Raspberry, Lemon Cheesecake, Pistachio, and Turkish Delight
  • Fabulous Cup Cakes – we will prepare and bake three different flavours such as Red Velvet, Chocolate Mud and Lemon then the frostings for them. Decorations will include chocolate piping and moulding, gum paste flowers and cut-out flowers.
  • Decadent Desserts – we will prepare a selection of delicious desserts including a Brulee, Souffle, Panna Cotta, Tipsy Cake and a Lemon Posset.
  • Perfect Pastry for Pies and Tarts – a full day class covering all of the regular pastries. We will cover Puff Pastry, Sweet Shortcrust, Savoury Short and Choux Pastry. Some the dishes include Chicken and Leek Pie, Roasted Pumpkin and Goats Feta Quiche, Blueberry Frangipane Tart, Profiteroles and Vanilla Slice.

  • Gingerbread Houses for Christmas – we will make the gingerbread and bake it before putting our architectural skills to work and building the house. We will decorate it with frosting and lollies so it is ready for your Christmas table.
